If you would like to set up services with Circle of Life, please call us at 360-647-1537. In the preliminary phone call, we will gather information about you or your loved one needing care. We will set up an appointment at that time for an intake/assessment meeting in the home or other location if preferred. A Plan of Care will be agreed upon at this meeting, questions will be answered, and a care schedule will be arranged. After that, we can set up a time for your assigned caregiver(s) to meet you or your loved one prior to the start of services.
Circle of Life does not have a set requirement for the time frame between the preliminary phone call and start of services; however, it may take several days to find a caregiver match and to arrange scheduling, especially if round-the-clock care is needed. We usually do not start new clients over a weekend or holiday. We also recommend notifying us as soon as possible of any schedule changes.
